Cutting Boards

People always ask me where do I get my great cutting boards. Of course they are suprised when I tell them they are actually hand made by the owner of North Side WoodWorks TX out of the finest species of hardwood available, planed and sanded to a glass like texture, and finished off with food safe mineral oil and cutting board wax. These are heirloom pieces and can be handed down through generations of cuisine artists.

This end grain board features Cherry and Maple.

The end grain types are more resistant to knife marks and the staggered pattern provides for additonal durability and stability. Size shown is 15" x 9" and is 1 1/2" thick.
